I found Dr. Steffen when researching prenatal chiropractor specialists as I'm pregnant with my first child and wanted to continue chiropractic care but with someone who has a special interest and expertise caring for pregnant women. Dr. Steffen has been great and has helped tremendously with my pregnancy-exasperated migraines and acid reflux. Her hours are reasonable for working people, which isn't always the case with chiros I've seen in the past, and she's accommodating with appointment times.

Dr. Steffen is very thorough at each visit making sure she understands exactly how you're feeling each time, it's not a one-size-fits-all adjustment where they just do the same thing for each patient, she genuinely makes sure she is doing what each individual needs. She is also very gentle. Every other time I have had chiropractic work done the adjustments have always been rough and actually hurt having the adjustment done. I had always thought it was supposed to hurt and am grateful to have found out that it doesn't have to. Definitely recommend Steffen Chiropractic!

I started going to Dr. Steffen when I was about 8 months pregnant because of some tightness/pinching in my lower back. I was a little worried about going to a chiropractor while pregnant since I've had other chiropractors be fairly physical in how they make adjustments. But there was no aggressive cracking of my back or anything even remotely worrisome for the baby. She used an adjustable table that she would raise and lower to accommodate my growing belly and also to do the actual adjustments. It was very gentle and, best of all, effective in treating my back pain. Even after the pain was gone, I continued getting adjustments until my daughter was born to make sure things were in alignment for the birth itself. I had a very good birthing experience and I think the chiropractic work I had leading up to it was very helpful in having a relatively quick and easy birth. I would highly recommend Dr. Steffen for adjustments you need, but especially for any issues during pregnancy. Also, she has always been flexible with rescheduling appointments, which is very nice as meetings and work conflicts pop up.

I have lived with chronic neck/upper back pain for 20+ years. I have been treated by many chiropractors over the years. Dr. Steffen Bye is the first one who assessed me from head to foot, and treated me from head to foot as needed.
